A love forest came alive..:)

Hi everyone,
Hope you all are doing fine & crating till you drop!!
I made this birthday card keeping Lulupu's & Itsybitsy's challenge in mind ;)
I have chosen column C2 from Lulupu's Favorite four groups..

Mini Crafty steps:

1.Stamped the butterflies (bought from starmark mall) & coloured it with markers
2.Gluedquilling strips & swirls through the arrangements
3.Pasted the Small hearts(Little Birdie) over the quilled strips
4.Can you notice the small cuckoos(from itsybitsy) sitting on the quilled branches :)
5.Printed out the Happy Birthday Sentiment with microsoft word & colored it by myself!
6.Tried a little bit of distressing(for 1st time tried my hands on distressing techniques) @ the bottom border of the card
Thats it!!

I know I am horrible in photography :( please bear with it this time..I 'll try to use Sunhera's tips in my next creations :P

A Paper woven Card..!

While browsing through crafting sites..I came across a nice technique of paper weaving!!
In paper weaving, stripes of papers are passed through one another and the end of the stripes are glued ..:)

I made a simple New baby girl card using the technique...I am loving the flower craft punch as these tiny lovely flowers easily fit into any card I make ..:P

You can get to learn paper weaving by watching the following video:

Cute & Colorful..:))

Today I made a floral card with lots of butterflies!!..

Mini Crafty Steps:

--->>Made a small bouquet by adding streaks & flowers..Added the quills & hearts to decorate it..
--->>With the help of Pink lace, pasted the paper bouquet to the card base
---->>Placed a small blue pattern paper over pink-maroon-brown checkered pattern paper & mounted a cute girly sticker on it.
---->>Decorated the card  with orange & sky-blue glitter flowers as borders & some lovely butterfly stickers..:))

The color combination of sky-blue orange & pink is a bit weird..but I liked the outcome..:)

A blue beauty!

Blue is my favorite color..Yesterday I thought of making a new baby boy card..& There is no color other than blue more suitable for that!
So made an all blue card with some tints of white..
Added the leaves made from newly bought craft  punch of Itsy Bitsy..This is the first time I used a craft punch..& felt great after creating these tiny curvy blue leaves..:) Added the leaves to give a dimensional view to the card..
