Now 7 things about me that  I would like to share about me are:

1.I never knew I loved card making until recently(in March 2012 I just made a card for my sister & she loved it..n more than that I enjoyed making it..)

2.I am a software engineer by profession where as I always wanted to be a doctor :(..But I love my current job & my colleagues!

3.My birthday is on April 30(year not to be asked..lol JJ).

4.I love to sing (learning music since my school days) & to shop online..:)

5.I occasionally write poems when in mood but now don't get enough time to scribble.(you can check out my other blog on poems http://nitijitaa.blogspot.com)

6.I love colors so much so that I get obsessed with them while making cards..I hate to leave out any one color out of my color boxes :P.. that's why sometimes my cards look awful with random colors :D)

7.Finally I would like to mention that I am more than happy to have found my second home in this blog with all the lovely blogger friends like you .:)

I am here to share a card which I made today with lots of pattern papers basically..as its a requirement of ItsyBitsy's current The ItsyBitsy Pattern Paper Challenge..:)..
Colored some of the elements of pattern paper with fuschia pink ,sprout green & canary yellow...Distress the portions of canary yellow a bit to impart a vintage look..The sentiment is handwritten..
Picked up color inspiration from PDC's Longing for Spring PDCC167 challenge ..This time they have opted for Fuschia-Sprout-Canary Combination!..
While I made this,It just came out to be shabby chic type..So happy to enter it in BGC#24- Shabby Chic Love too..:)

I made this simple Black-white-emerald green card today with punched out flowers and corrugated paper :)
Used markers to border the flowers,sentiment and the other half of the card base..

One year Happily Ever after!!!

Hi to all...:)I made this custom greeting card for one of my customers today..:)..

He wanted the card to be made for his anniversary..

The frame among the leaves has to be left empty for his hand written words..If you lift the flap,then there is another frame for the couple's photo..

On the card base, there is a mini-card with a cute anniversary Co-ordinate from ItsyBitsy and Inside is a lovely Plum colored flower from Crafter's Corner.

The vibrant pattern paper and the leaf punches are also from ItsyBitsy Store..:)

After a long time I used some quilling on my card..Painted the central flower and placed a small heart shaped stone in the center of it..

So, I am again back to my colorful form with this card..hehe..:P

Celebrate Love...

 Hi <3As I am in a mood to make love cards these days ;) Here is another card themed around love :)Mostly I colored most of the card base with poster colors..Used the floral & leaves Craft Punches and alphabets from IstyBitsy and those gorgeous plum colored flowers from Crafter's Corner :)This is craftofficially (new word coined by me :D) my first card where I used a digi-stamp and colored it :)So even If its bad,please bear  with my crafty inexperience :P
